Specialization opportunities allow individuals to tailor their skill development, making them not only job-ready but also uniquely equipped for their desired career paths. The program's 12-month duration integrates employer socialization, providing direct exposure to industry needs and expectations. Participants, in the role of Green Skills and AI Intergenerational Ambassadors, champion sustainable practices across age groups.
GenXThrive's comprehensive 12-month program unfolds in three distinct phases. The initial six weeks focus on AI and Green skills training, empowering participants to develop purpose-driven, environmentally conscious projects using AI as a key enabler. The subsequent six weeks offer specialized tracks in startup building, AI modeling, career navigation, ESG strategy and reporting, and industry shadowing. Micro-learning opportunities continue through dedicated green modules on the GLEAC app, ensuring continuous skill enhancement
GenXThrive is not just a program; it's a community. Participants have the opportunity to engage in intergenerational mentorship, peer-to-peer learning, and access to a network of 500+ GLEAC industry experts. The community comes alive with a two-day in-person summit in the UAE after Week 6, featuring inspirational speakers, team-building activities, and networking opportunities.
